Connect 2 Employment

Do you need to increase your employability skills in these difficult times OR maybe you just want to look at employment of a different kind? Maybe you are looking at your 1st step on the employment ladder. No matter if you haven't worked before or you have few or no qualifications. You will gain confidence in this brilliant course designed just for you! You will be working towards an ASDAN qualification and receive a certificate at the end of the course.

Friends of Stour Connect is offering a free course, Connect to Employment, (aged 16 plus - no upper age limit) and is a  representative of the Kickstart programme (for people aged 16 - 24). This course is a new exciting skills and learning based programme to aid people over the age of 16 with additional needs to be employment ready and gain/keep employment. The criteria to apply for a place on this scheme is :-

• 16 years old or above

• not in education

• not in training

• has additional needs such as autism, learning/physical/mental health issues, etc.

The location is at Stour Connect, Stour View Close, Sturminster Newton, DT10 1JF.
