Hydrotherapy Pool

The hydrotherapy pool at the Stour Connect centre is open to anyone with disabilities and those with learning disorders. Hydrotherapy is proven to be effective for the treatment of many debilitating conditions including back pain, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal conditions, strokes, head injuries, rehabilitation following surgery and autism, to name just a few. The pool is 8 x 4 metres in size, is a warm water pool kept at a steady 34° Centigrade and is open 7 days a week. It is fully accessible, on one floor with changing rooms, changing tables and hoist, and is fully staffed who are on hand to give you any assistance you may require.

Our friendly team supervise these 45 minute sessions. No medical referral is required, just book online and pay as you go, or save with our hydrotherapy membership. Access to the pool is now much easier and this means the pool is open outside of the normal Stour Connect opening hours.
